Guide
Sindh’s system is called Driving License Sindh (DLS), run by Sindh Police. Sites calling themselves “DLIMS Sindh” are not official — the online services are on DLS Online, linked here.
Renewals are also made on DLS Online. Upload your photo, CNIC, the previous permanent licence and Form E signed by you; pay the bill, and the renewed licence is sent by courier. The fee depends on the category, whether you take three or five years, and whether you renew within 30 days of expiry.
Sindh’s older licence verification page on dls.gos.pk was not working when we checked on 22 October 2026, and Sindh Police’s sites don’t link a replacement. To confirm a licence, contact DLS Karachi on 021-35379999 or dlssindh@gmail.com.
DLS Online has a fee calculator, but Sindh Police labels its results as estimates and its detailed fee page was offline when we checked, so we don’t list Sindh fees. The calculator shows the amount for your category before you apply.
