Step by step
Open Verify License on dlims.islamabadpolice.gov.pk.
Enter the 13-digit CNIC without dashes.
Enter the licence number from the card and press Verify License.
For a learner permit, use Verify Learner with the CNIC and permit number.
If the record is missing or wrong, call ITP on 051-9001541.

Apply / Renew on ITP DLIMS asks you to register with your own CNIC (exactly 13 digits) or passport, an email address and a password. From your account you can apply, renew, apply for a learner permit and follow the application status.
ITP DLIMS also lists an e-License service, next to Verify License and Verify Learner, for the licence in digital form.
