DLIMS Punjab — Verify License
Verifies licences issued in Punjab only. Islamabad, Sindh and KP licences are on their own systems.
Step by step
Open Verify License on dlims.punjab.gov.pk.
Pick the licence type — Regular, International or Juvenile.
Enter the CNIC without dashes (or the passport number for a foreign national) and the licence number.
Answer the sum, e.g. “9 + 6”, and press Verify License.
To follow a new licence instead, use Track License with your CNIC.

Fees are for one year; a licence can be taken for 1–5 years. “With courier” adds the Rs 480 courier fee and excludes the test fee. With two categories, the higher fee applies. Learner permit: Rs 500 per category.

Guide
Punjab’s DLIMS is now part of Dastak, the government’s one window for services. New applications, renewals and duplicates are made on Dastak; if you used DLIMS before, link that account so your past applications and records carry over. Verification and tracking still work on the DLIMS website.
A learner permit costs Rs 500 for each category (motorcycle, car and so on). Fill the form, upload a face photo and both sides of your CNIC, generate a PSID and pay it by ATM, internet or mobile banking. DLIMS says the permit is issued straight after payment, as a digital copy in your account.
For a car the test fee is Rs 150, then Rs 1,350 after you pass, plus Rs 480 courier — Rs 1,830 without the test fee. Those fees are for one year; you can take the licence for 1 to 5 years. With more than one category (e.g. motorcycle + car), the highest category’s fee applies.
A car licence renewal is Rs 1,350 a year. Late, a fine is added: Rs 675 within 1–3 months, Rs 1,350 from 3 months to a year, and Rs 3,375 after a year. If you no longer have the original licence, the duplicate fee is added to the renewal.
Only dlims.punjab.gov.pk and Dastak are the Punjab government’s licence services. Other sites that ask for your CNIC to “check your licence” are not official. Questions go to 15, 042-99202892 or info@dlims.punjab.gov.pk.
