1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your use of WatanMotors' online vehicle auction platform ('Platform'), available via our website and mobile applications. By accessing the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use our Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Complete our CNIC verification process (submit front/back copies and live selfie)
• Have a verified bank account matching your CNIC name
• Not be restricted by any applicable laws

BY USING OUR PLATFORM, YOU CONFIRM YOU MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS AND ARE LEGALLY COMPETENT TO FORM BINDING CONTRACTS UNDER PAKISTANI LAW.

3. Vehicle Inspection Services

All vehicles must pass our inspection before being listed. Our inspectors will:

• Conduct a 10-point mechanical and cosmetic inspection
• Verify ownership documents match the vehicle
• Note any existing damage or issues

3.1 Inspection Outcomes

• Approved: Vehicle will be listed with our condition certification
• Rejected: Vehicle removed from auction if it fails minimum standards

3.2 Limitations

• We certify condition ONLY at time of inspection
• Not responsible for post-inspection damages or changes
• Does not include dismantling or road testing

4. Auction Mechanics

4.1 For Sellers

• Free listing during promotional period
• Must provide original registration book/smart card
• 1% commission deducted from final sale price
• Payment processed within 3 business days after buyer payment

4.2 For Buyers

• Bid Bond Requirements:
  • Minimum PKR 10,000 deposit per auction participation
  • Funds must be cleared in your account before bidding
  • To bid on multiple vehicles, maintain proportional balance (e.g., PKR 20,000 for 2 vehicles)
• Winning bids are legally binding contracts
• 1% buyer's commission on final price
• Full payment due within 72 hours of auction close

5. Payment Terms

• All transactions processed manually via bank transfer
• No payment gateways - deposit to our designated bank account only
• Send payment proof to payments@yourplatform.com for account credit
• Funds typically credited within 24 hours of verification
• No interest earned on account balances

6. User Obligations

You agree NOT to:

• Use fake or others' CNIC for verification
• List stolen, encumbered, or misrepresented vehicles
• Engage in bid manipulation or shill bidding
• Circumvent our fee structure
• Transfer accounts to third parties

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY PAKISTANI LAW, WATANMOTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any post-inspection vehicle condition changes
• Fraudulent misrepresentation by users
• Payment processing delays
• Consequential damages from auction participation

OUR MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL COMMISSIONS WE EARNED FROM THE TRANSACTION IN QUESTION.
