Guide
Bring application form A, your original learner permit held for at least six weeks, two fresh passport-size photographs and the driving test result, with the fee ticket pasted on the documents.
You need the international application form, a copy of your CNIC, two photographs, a copy of your valid driving licence and a copy of your Pakistani passport valid for at least six months, with a visa.
For a lost licence: the LLD form, a copy of your CNIC, two photographs, a post-office report or certificate showing the licence’s expiry date, and an FIR (lost licence report) from the police station.
Quetta Traffic Police says to paste a ticket for the stated fee on the documents but doesn’t publish the amounts online, so ask at the licence branch.
