Islamabad’s e-challans are issued by Islamabad Traffic Police. Other “e-challan check” sites are not police services and cannot see or clear your challans. The traffic website’s home page is a staff login — the public check is on the E-Challan page this guide links to.
Challans from Punjab’s Safe City cameras are not on the Islamabad system. If you drive in Rawalpindi or Lahore, check those separately on the Punjab e-challan service.
Run the car’s number through the e-challan check and the Islamabad Excise vehicle verification. Ask the seller to clear any challans and the token tax before the transfer.
