Overview
The Haval Jolion is Sazgar's locally assembled compact five-seat SUV, sitting a size class below the H6. Two factory trims are listed for 2026: the 1.5-T at PKR 7,796,104 and the HEV at PKR 9,116,214, both ex-factory before freight, taxes and registration. Booking is PKR 1,600,000 on the petrol and PKR 1,800,000 on the hybrid, with pay orders made out to Sazgar Engineering Works Limited and delivery quoted at about 3 months.
It is the cheaper way into a new Haval in Pakistan: a 2700 mm wheelbase in a body that parks like a City, with a 12.3-inch screen and six airbags on both trims. Buyers who want the bigger cabin and the 2.0-T or plug-in hardware should look at the H6 instead.
Exterior
Sazgar quotes 4472 mm long, 1841 mm wide and 1619 mm tall on that 2700 mm wheelbase, with 168–170 mm of clearance. Both trims wear 18-inch alloys on 225/55 R18 tyres, LED lamps, a panoramic sunroof and a shark-fin antenna. Four colours are listed for Pakistan: Arctic White, Ayers Grey, Black Pearl and Burgundy Red.
Interior
Five seats, dual-zone climate with rear vents, and a boot that is honest rather than huge — 390 litres on the 1.5-T and 337 litres on the HEV once the hybrid pack is in. Higher-spec cars add a 6-way electric driver's seat, heated fronts and a rotary gear selector. The cabin is dark, simple and built around the wide dash rather than a forest of buttons.
Infotainment
A 12.3-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto is the centrepiece, backed by a 7-inch colour cluster and, on equipped cars, a head-up display plus wireless charging. It is a smaller theatre than the H6's 14.6-inch slab, which is the point: this is the compact Haval.
Engine / driving
Two front-drive powertrains. The 1499 cc turbo in the 1.5-T makes 150 HP and 220 Nm through a 7-speed DCT, with Eco, Sport and Snow modes and selectable steering weight. The HEV keeps a 1.5 petrol and adds an electric motor for a combined 190 HP and 375 Nm through a dedicated hybrid gearbox — the one you feel in stop-go traffic. Independent suspension at both ends and four-wheel discs are on both cars. The tank is 55 litres.
Safety
Six airbags, ABS with EBD, stability and traction control, hill-start and hill-descent are the baseline. Equipped trims add adaptive cruise, lane keep, autonomous emergency braking, blind-spot warning, a 360-degree camera and tyre-pressure monitoring. ISOFIX anchors are there for a child seat. It is a fuller active-safety list than most Japanese compact SUVs still sell at this money.
Mileage
Listed consumption sits in a 10–20 km/l band. The 1.5-T is the thirstier daily car in town; the HEV is the one that makes sense if most of your week is Defence-to-office traffic. The 55-litre tank covers a long intercity run on either trim if you keep the air-con sensible.
