Haval Jolion on installment: what to know

The entry Haval Jolion — the Haval Jolion 1.5-T — costs Rs 104,945 a month with Bank Alfalah: 62% down (Rs 4,833,584) and 36 months at 16.54%. The Haval Jolion HEV works out to Rs 103,339 a month, but only because it needs 68% down (Rs 6,199,026) — with the loan capped at Rs 3,000,000, pricier variants mostly raise the upfront payment, not the installment. Figures use each bank’s published rate on 2 October 2026 and the ex-factory price.

State Bank of Pakistan rules allow one person to borrow at most Rs 3,000,000 for a car, across all banks. Once the price is above Rs 4,285,714, a 30% down payment would leave more than Rs 3,000,000 to finance — so the minimum rises. On the Haval Jolion that means 62% for the Haval Jolion 1.5-T and up to 68% for the Haval Jolion HEV. Most comparison sites still quote 30% here, which no bank can approve.

The Haval Jolion is above 1000cc, so the State Bank caps car financing at 3 years. Ads that show five- or seven-year Jolion plans are out of date.

Over 3 years on the Haval Jolion 1.5-T, Meezan Car Ijarah comes to Rs 109,675 a month at a fixed 14.75% — and that rental already includes takaful and the tracker. Bank Alfalah Auto Loan is Rs 104,945 at 16.54% variable, before insurance, which you pay separately. A variable rate moves with KIBOR every year; Meezan’s does not.

Besides the down payment, budget for the bank’s processing fee, comprehensive insurance (included in Meezan’s rental), and registration — token tax, withholding tax and number plates. See the full Haval Jolion on-road price by province, and the monthly running cost for fuel and maintenance.
