Overview
The Xpeng G6 is a five-seat electric coupe-SUV, and the car Pakistan gets is the updated New G6 with a 5C battery. Three trims are on sale: Standard Range RWD at PKR 14,500,000, Long Range RWD at PKR 15,500,000 and Performance AWD at PKR 18,500,000.
The headline is charging, not range. Xpeng quotes 10–80% in 12 minutes and a peak of 451 kW on its 800V silicon-carbide platform. Very few public chargers in Pakistan can deliver that today, so most owners will charge at home — but the car is ready for faster DC as the network grows.
Exterior
The G6 is 4758 mm long, 1920 mm wide and 1650 mm tall on a 2890 mm wheelbase. The roofline drops into a short tail with a ducktail spoiler, and a 1942 mm light bar runs across the nose and again across the rear. Standard and Long Range sit on 18-inch low-drag wheels; the Performance gets 20-inch five-spokes, with an optional Black Edition pack of smoked wheels and black trim. Paint choices are Arctic White, Silver Frost, Graphite Gray, Midnight Black and Stellar Purple.
Interior
The cabin is wide and low-set, with a floating centre console that leaves storage underneath. The rear bench reclines, and Xpeng says rear knee and headroom are best in class. The boot holds 571 litres, or 1374 litres with the rear seats folded. A 2.12 m² glass roof covers both rows. Long Range and Performance add Nappa leather plus massage for the driver and front passenger; every trim has heated and ventilated front seats.
Infotainment
A 15.6-inch centre screen and a 10.25-inch digital cluster run XPENG's XOS cockpit with a multi-zone voice assistant and over-the-air updates. Sound comes from an 18-speaker XOPERA 2.0 system. The Pakistan brochure does not list Apple CarPlay or Android Auto, so do not assume phone mirroring.
Engine / driving
All three trims are single-speed EVs with a 202 km/h top speed. The Standard Range RWD has 248 HP (185 kW) and a 68.5 kWh pack; 0–100 km/h takes 6.94 s. The Long Range RWD has 292 HP and the larger 80.8 kWh pack, for 6.7 s. The dual-motor Performance AWD makes 480 HP and 660 Nm, and does 0–100 in 4.13 s — quick enough to embarrass most petrol SUVs here. Front double-wishbone suspension keeps it composed on broken roads.
Safety
There are 7 airbags, including curtains for both rows. The brochure lists 14 active safety functions: AEB, forward collision warning, traffic sign recognition, driver monitoring, blind-spot detection, door-open warning, lane-departure warning, lane-keep and emergency lane-keep, rear collision warning and rear cross-traffic alert. Long Range and Performance add XPILOT parking — remote parking from your phone or key and automatic exit from a space. Xpeng says the whole range was engineered to the Euro NCAP five-star standard.
Mileage
There is no fuel average; the number that matters is range. On the WLTP cycle the Standard Range RWD is rated at 480 km, the Long Range RWD at 535 km and the Performance AWD at 510 km. Pakistani summer heat and AC use will cut those figures, so plan on roughly three-quarters of the rating in Lahore or Karachi traffic.
Variants
Standard Range RWD is the entry point: the smaller pack, standard upholstery and the core safety suite. Long Range RWD is the value pick — about PKR 1 million more buys the bigger battery, longest range, Nappa leather, massage seats and the full parking suite. Performance AWD is for buyers who want the dual-motor pace and 20-inch wheels.
