Toyota Hiace 2026 Overview
The Toyota Hiace is Indus Motor’s locally assembled diesel commuter van. Four grades sit on the 2026 list: Standard Roof, High Roof Commuter, High Roof Tourer, and Luxury Wagon High Grade, from PKR 13,069,000 to PKR 21,029,000 (PKR 1.31 – 2.10 crore) ex-factory. This is a 10- to 16-seat van for staff, shuttle, and family work. Standard Roof and High Roof Commuter use a 5-speed manual. Tourer and Luxury Wagon use a 6-speed automatic. The GL and Luxury Wagon Low Grade are not in this current four-grade list.
Toyota Hiace exterior
The Hiace is a long, boxy van with a sliding side door and a high load floor. Standard Roof is the longest body: 5915 × 1950 × 1990 mm on a 3210 mm wheelbase, with a 5.9 m turning circle. High Roof grades add standing height inside (2280 mm tall) on a longer 3860 mm wheelbase — the 6.9 m circle is awkward in tight compounds. Luxury Wagon is the shorter, wagon-shaped 5300 × 1970 × 1990 mm body.
Ground clearance is 180–188 mm. Commuter grades wear 16-inch steel wheels. Tourer adds fog lamps. Luxury Wagon is the dressed-up face with alloys and a more passenger-car look.
Toyota Hiace interior
Standard Roof is a 15-seat staff van: fabric, single-zone climate, and rear AC. High Roof Commuter is the 16-seat shuttle with the extra headroom. Tourer drops to 14 seats and a more passenger-friendly cabin. Luxury Wagon is a 10-seat leather wagon. Every grade has rear AC. Kerb weight runs 2165 kg on Standard Roof to 2675 kg on Luxury Wagon. The tank is 70 litres.
Toyota Hiace infotainment
Commuter grades keep a basic two-speaker radio. Tourer steps up to six speakers and a rear camera. Luxury Wagon is the only grade with a proper stack: a 4.2-inch display with navigation and steering switches. This is still a van, not a Palisade cabin.
Toyota Hiace engine
Every current grade uses the 2755 cc 1GD-FTV turbo-diesel. Standard Roof lists 174 HP @ 3400 rpm and 420 Nm @ 2600 rpm with a 5-speed manual and FWD. The other three list 154 HP @ 3600 rpm and 420 Nm @ 2200 rpm. Tourer keeps FWD with a 6-speed automatic. Luxury Wagon is the AWD automatic. Top speed is listed around 180 km/h on the commuter grades and 220 km/h on Luxury Wagon.
Toyota Hiace safety
Commuter grades list two airbags, ABS, and a high-mount stop lamp. Tourer adds a rear camera. Luxury Wagon adds a third airbag. There is no six-airbag or ADAS pack on the current Pakistan list.

Claimed fuel average is 10 km/l city / 12 km/l highway. A long, heavy van in traffic — the 70-litre tank is what keeps shuttle duty realistic.
